As a Land Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our extensive pipeline, which includes projects in various locations throughout Ireland.
Role PurposeThis exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Cost Management Team to progress the development pipeline, with a focus on delivering high-quality social and affordable housing. You will work across multiple business functions, including Strategic Planning & Master Planning, Property, Construction, Land Acquisition, Developer Collaboration, Asset Management, and Investment.
Key Responsibilities- Visiting sites in consideration and preparing Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates and Development Budgets.
- Carrying out scenario analysis and optioneering studies alongside the Investment team to determine viability/affordability.
- Liaising with project delivery teams to ensure construction budgets for upcoming developments are robust.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to innovate and collaborate effectively within a team.
