Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Administration Officer to join our team in a new role reflecting the growing Asset Management function within the Agency.

The successful candidate will report to the Management Accountant and be responsible for administration and financial responsibilities.

The role offers an opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic environment with scope for development as the organisation evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of purchase orders and invoices ensuring compliance with Agency policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams resolving queries on POs and invoices.
  • Data analysis from external stakeholders and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Budget preparation and reporting of actual performance against budgets.
  • Weekly/monthly reports for internal meetings and project reviews.
  • Cost benchmarking across portfolio to identify savings opportunities.
  • Efficiency improvements in department processes and their implementation.
  • Relationship building and management with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Two years' experience in book-keeping/administration, preferably within the real estate sector.

Property related systems experience would be advantageous.

Solutions focused with excellent attention to detail and Excel proficiency.

Effective communication skills – written and verbal.

Team player ability.
