Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our roofing company. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, support the sales team, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails, and addressing inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Communication: Coordinate communication between office staff, sales team, and customers to ensure timely updates and information flow.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
