Content and Communications Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Content and Communications Lead to drive our brand voice, content direction, and messaging across all channels.

This role will lead strategic, audience-focused communications to drive enrolments, engagement, and reputation.

The successful candidate will oversee content planning and production across print and digital platforms, manage workflow in a collaborative tool, and support staff in developing high-quality written content.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lead and maintain a tone of voice and key messaging frameworks.
  • Write and edit longform content for publications, speeches, digital platforms, and campaigns.
  • Support staff by reviewing and refining written content to align with College standards.
  • Shape storytelling and messaging across print, digital, social, and video channels.
  • Oversee creative direction and collaborate with a Senior Designer for cohesive content.
  • Manage content workflow in a collaborative tool, tracking task progress and project timelines.
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution alongside the Director of Communications.
