**Job Overview:** We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented engineers in building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. As a key member of our organization, you'll oversee the development and deployment of production-level machine learning models that deliver personalized and automated customer experiences across our platform.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Guide your team through all aspects of the AI/ML feature life cycle, leveraging expertise in NLP and document understanding.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) in production environments.
  • Foster a deep understanding within the team of the technologies, methods, and architecture within our product development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering partners to deploy models into production, build scalable AI systems, and monitor performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, statistics, econometrics, operations research, or applied mathematics.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; 5-7 years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in leading and managing machine learning engineering teams.
  • Understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, attention mechanisms, prompt engineering, and transfer learning.
