German Language Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced German language specialist to localise our German-language domains and assist German customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Localise website copy, including product descriptions and new features using internal tools.
  • E nsure key touchpoints are seasonally and culturally relevant.
  • Localise onsite landing pages and experiences and optimise for organic traffic.
  • Provide language support for SEM paid search campaigns.
  • Schedule calendared discounts adapting for the local market.
  • Localise & QA marketing emails and trigger/canvas campaigns.
  • Assist Customer Care with German language enquiries and maintain Zendesk articles.
  • Monitor 3rd-party review sites responding to issues when needed.
About You:
  • Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Translation and copywriting skills localising English to German.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools.
  • Organised and attention to detail.
  • Flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads Google Analytics and other marketing tools is a plus.
