Job Opportunity: CAMHS Psychiatrist

The role of a locum psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) involves working with children and adolescents who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

This position requires the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and diagnose mental health conditions in children and adolescents
  • To develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • To provide medication management and therapy sessions
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Active Specialist IMC Registration
  • Eligibility to locum in Ireland (Stamp 4 GNIB / Irish, UK or EU Passport)
  • Previous experience in HSE or NHS hospitals
