We are seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to lead our compliance efforts across multiple divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop their career and work with a thriving organization.

Job Purpose

As a Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing legislative changes to ensure business continuity.
  • Managing current and future compliance requirements through robust analysis and planning.
  • Updating policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance processes and records.
  • Providing expert input to business decision-making, driving strategic growth.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all transactions comply with established procedures and legislation, liaising with internal and external auditors as needed, and supporting the Finance team in meeting legal and statutory compliance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a business-related field and experience in managing and governing industry legislation and sustainability compliance. They will also possess sound analytical skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, and a strong commercial focus.
