Experienced Nurse Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Nurse Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to take on a leadership role and oversee the smooth operation of clinical services within a professional environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate nursing teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Oversee daily clinical management, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, NMC standards, and best practices.
- Mentor, support, and develop staff to maintain high professional standards.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to monitor quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage rotas and staffing levels to meet resident needs efficiently.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes (Access NI, NMC registration, right-to-work checks, references) are completed in line with policy.
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with no restrictions.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Nurse Manager or senior nursing role, ideally within a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and team leadership.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
