We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a care professional. As a carer with Kare Plan, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients.


About the Role

This part-time / flexi-time contract offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and assistance to clients, including personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving and transferring, and supervising medication.
  • Observe, listen, and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Be punctual and manage time effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate any changes or concerns related to client needs or care.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.

Requirements
  • Have started/completed care skills and care of the older person or QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent.
  • Have a driver's license and own transport.
  • Be fluent in English both verbally and written.
