Global Manufacturing Procurement Leader

We seek an experienced executive to oversee our Global Manufacturing & Supply procurement function, shaping strategic direction and execution across our global supply network.

This role demands a dynamic leader capable of elevating procurement to a competitive differentiator, driving supplier segmentation, relationship management, and contract negotiation for favorable terms and minimized risk exposure.

  • Develop comprehensive GMS procurement strategies focused on resilience, innovation, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Lead high-performing global sourcing teams as strategic business partners, fostering collaboration and service excellence.
  • Negotiate complex contracts to secure favorable terms, service continuity, and minimized risk exposure.

The successful candidate will thrive in a complex, global business structure, effectively managing multiple concurrent projects, setting clear priorities, and operating seamlessly across functional, site, and divisional boundaries.
