We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Social Services Professional to join our team in Kilteel, Naas. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people aged 12-17, and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized day-to-day activities and support to residents
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to deliver exceptional care and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations
- Qualification in Teaching, Nursing Studies, or a related field (Level 7 or above)
- Full driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
