Senior Business Analyst

This is a Senior Business Analyst position that requires a wide range of business analysis skills covering all departments.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive and insightful data analysis, covering areas such as end customer analysis, sales and bookings reporting, operations and supply chain management, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed analysis and insights to senior management on market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
- Work closely with sales teams to maximize forecast accuracy and identify early changes at customer or market level.
- Develop and maintain existing Business Intelligence tools, data models, and visualizations.
- Extensive experience in data mining, business analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proven analytical skills, commercial awareness, and ability to interpret and communicate data accurately.
- Strong numerical skills, supported by expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
- Experience in using Business Intelligence packages and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or related field.
- Professional certifications in business analysis, data science, or related fields are highly desirable.
