About the Role

The Product Analyst works within an Agile Model as a member of a Customer Solutions Chapter.

They collaborate with Leads, Initiative Leads and Squad Leads to elicit, document, and translate high complexity business requirements into feature-level epics.

Product Analysts drive the effort for developing and executing business acceptance test plan, test strategy and implementing solutions to ensure integrity, accuracy, and overall quality are included in the final product.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge (5+ years) of business analyst techniques, including elicitation, current/future state analysis, flow diagramming, benchmarking, business rules and risk analysis, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Agile mentality; experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool, Confluence, Mural preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CPAB/CSPO Certification desirable.
