Job Opportunity
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Product Area Leads, Initiative Leads, and Squad Leads to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable epics.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of business analyst techniques, including elicitation, current/future state analysis, flow diagramming, benchmarking, business rules, and risk analysis. They will also have experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar backlog management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed epics
- Drive the development and execution of business acceptance test plans
- Implement solutions to ensure high-quality products
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analyst techniques
- Agile mentality and experience with Jira or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CPAB/CSPO Certification desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
