This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst.
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large software projects focusing on requirements gathering and systems analysis, proficiency with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align, particularly Scrum Boards, and advanced SQL skills.
A third-level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification is also required. Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a talented team to design and develop software solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create data flow and system diagrams to visualize complex processes
- Write complex SQL queries and engage with relational databases
- Actively participate in agile development processes, contributing to user stories and requirements gathering
- Extensive experience in large software projects focusing on requirements gathering and systems analysis
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align, particularly Scrum Boards
- Advanced SQL skills
- Third-level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification
- Fine interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for collaboration across teams
