Senior Business Analyst page is loaded## Senior Business Analystlocations: Galway, Irelandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: 2116875## ## Job Description:Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit is seeking a **Business Analyst** to support the **Privileged Access Management (PAM)** team, with a focus on the **Delinea product suite**, including **Server Suite**, **Secret Server**, and **Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)**. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Delinea solutions are effectively aligned with Fidelity's cybersecurity policies and operational goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Delinea-related initiatives.* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Delinea Server Suite, Secret Server, and EPM implementations and enhancements.* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development and engineering teams.* Conduct data analysis to support Delinea products across various enterprise environments* Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve access management processes and compliance.* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos to ensure alignment and understanding.* Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of Delinea tools.* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to privileged access management.* Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of new features and upgrades.* Maintain documentation and training materials for end users and support teams.* Additional duties as required.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cybersecurity domains.* Hands-on experience with **Delinea products**, including **Server Suite**, **Secret Server**, and **Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)**.* Strong understanding of **privileged access management** principles and cybersecurity frameworks.* Familiarity with operating systems including **Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and macOS**.* Experience working in Agile environments and writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.**Preferred Skills*** Delinea certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified Administrator or Engineer).* Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools and integrations.* Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#Cyber## ## Category:## Business Analysis
