Overview

Our organization is seeking a qualified Litigation Solicitor to manage a caseload of Personal Injury and RTA claim files.

Job Description
  • Manage personal injury and road traffic accident claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.
  • Use case management system and filing system to monitor and progress client files efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Attend client meetings, provide clear advice on complex matters, and explain the implications of court outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with third-party representatives and insurers to negotiate settlements for clients' losses and compensation.

Key Requirements:

  1. Hold a qualification as a solicitor at Newly Qualified level or above.
  2. Have experience in handling personal injury and/or road traffic accident matters.
