Job Title: Technical Lead for Medical Device Development

About the Job:

As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will lead technical projects from concept to launch, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in medical device engineering, combined with exceptional leadership skills, will drive innovation and excellence in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, costs, and resources to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Collaborate with physicians to gain deep clinical understanding and identify new unmet needs.
  • Lead technical discussions with vendors and strategic partners to drive product development.
  • Maintain and improve the quality and delivery of work through process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop and mentor direct reports to achieve best performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

You must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 10 years' relevant experience. Proven project management skills, strong technical writing ability, and good mechanical design knowledge are essential. You should also be willing to travel on company business.
