Be a Key Leader in Product Testing

We are seeking an experienced test leader to develop and drive innovative product testing strategies.

  • Develop and own product test plans for new launches and feature rollouts.
  • Lead the evolution of our automated testing framework, focusing on AI-powered efficiency and coverage.
  • Architect robust automation and coach engineers on continuous innovation.
  • Plan and execute test cycles within Agile environments.
  • Represent QA in planning, sprint reviews, and product status meetings.
  • Configure and maintain advanced test labs for various environments.
  • Manage the software release lifecycle within quality processes.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to validate requirements and ensure optimal test coverage.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to test teams.
  • Lead resolution of critical customer issues through accurate test replication.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies for embedded systems and applications.
  • Strong software architecture skills and development skills for test automation applications.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and trend analysis skills.
  • Broad knowledge of networking protocols: switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, multicasting.
  • OS configuration expertise across Windows, Linux, MAC and Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with components: video, USB, audio, and PC hardware.
  • Proficiency in automation tools for web and embedded systems.
  • Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Linux shell).
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across R&D, product, and operations.
  • Proven success in leading diverse engineering teams and driving their professional growth.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience testing apps on multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on with virtualization platforms: VMware, Citrix, Windows Server.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Jenkins, Selenium, Puppet, and custom scripts.
  • Strong grasp of convergence in enterprise environments.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant product testing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
