Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delicatessen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store's delicatessen area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, customer service, and team leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring that our products are served to customers in line with Food Hygiene Requirements and maintaining knowledge of current deli sales and promotions.

A key aspect of this role is providing an exceptional standard of customer care, serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner, and assisting customers with queries regarding deli products.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure effective stock control systems are in place, wastage in the delicatessen area is maintained at a minimum level, and overall customer service levels within the area are maintained at the required standard.
