Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team in Cavan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hourly product checks on production lines to ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Perform routine traceability product checks and investigate non-conforming materials.
  • Prepare export pre-shipment reviews for regulatory compliance.
  • Administer specifications and conduct GMP/Glass and Hard Plastic Audits within laboratory and production areas.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and conduct testing in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain stock control for laboratory equipment and chemicals.
  • Prepare samples for external laboratories.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Food Science/Food Technology qualification or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a food environment is advantageous.
