Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading and delivering hydromorphology projects, conducting river assessments, and developing sustainable solutions for watercourse restoration and management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage hydromorphology projects from conception to completion
  • Conduct thorough river assessments and design effective solutions for watercourse restoration and management
  • Develop detailed reports and collaborate with regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate client and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and understanding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrology, or a related field
  • Experience in hydromorphological assessments and river restoration
  • Proficiency in GIS and relevant hydrological modeling tools
  • Knowledge of Irish and EU water management policies and directives
  • Excellent communication, report-writing, and project management skills
