About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Analyst to join our team in Dublin 18. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our community services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues through our ticketing system, including account support and potential abuse of our community standards.
  • Monitor reports of abuse on our site and enforce clients' Terms of Use.
  • Become knowledgeable about our clients' products and community standards.
  • Utilise market-specific knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions for improving our community support.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
  • Evaluate trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to our global team.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.

Language Requirements
  • Favourable near-native level (C1-C2) of English in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
