Project Manager / Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Building Surveyor to join our team in Northern Ireland. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to play a key role in planned maintenance schemes across NI, working with high-profile social housing projects.

As a skilled Project Manager and Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for attending project briefs, preparing surveys and works programmes, and monitoring progress. You will also be required to produce weekly reports, present updates to clients, and review consultant drawings, costs, and reports.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with knowledge of building regulations, planning, and H&S legislation. You will also have proficiency in CAD and relevant software, and a degree in Building Surveying or Construction related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Building Surveying or Construction related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Surveying/Project Management
  • Social Housing experience desirable
