Job Title: Care Service Manager

St. Christopher's Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Residential Service as a Care Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social care, with excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to ensure high-quality care services that meet regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice or equivalent qualification
  • Management qualification in health or social care management
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
