Job Description

As a front desk associate, you will serve as the primary contact for members and guests at WeWork locations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor to create a welcoming community environment.

The front desk associate will be responsible for greeting all members and guests, registering and checking in visiting guests, issuing and collecting keys, and providing space orientation and relevant information to first-time visitors.

Additionally, this role involves maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, managing guest check-ins in line with WeWork policies, and notifying members of deliveries and packages.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of member needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations by following direction from the Community Associate, Community Lead, and Community Manager to support the Community team.
  • Promote WeWork products and services to members and guests as appropriate while reflecting WeWork's core values.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
