Cybersecurity Risk Remediation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Support the development and execution of remediation strategies for cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align remediation efforts with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress.
  • Enable risk-informed practices within operational and technical workflows.
  • Guide remediation using technical knowledge to ensure smooth changes across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT).
  • CISSP certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
