About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the workload and managing performance of three IT Security Analysts, supporting the creation and enforcement of security policies, conducting regular performance reviews, and leading audit preparation and evidence collection. They will also be responsible for delivering security awareness initiatives and supporting ongoing training programs for employees across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the day-to-day tasks of the security operations team, including task prioritization and support ticket oversight
  • Lead audit preparation and evidence collection
  • Deliver security awareness initiatives and support ongoing training programs
  • Act as the first point of escalation for security incidents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with some experience mentoring, coaching, or leading small teams or projects
  • Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity operations, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and incident response
  • ISO27001 Knowledge: Good working knowledge of ISO27001 standards and practices
  • Good communication skills to clearly interact with both technical and non-technical teams
