Maximizing shareholder value while ensuring tax compliance requires a strategic approach.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax planning initiatives and monitor Strategic Business Units' tax-related issues. This role will involve evaluating the tax implications of business activities in EMEA and developing tax contingency strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring organizational structures, reviewing annual tax filings, and providing income tax data for financial reporting. They will serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, other practice areas, and external tax advisors.

  • Develop and implement tax planning opportunities to maximize shareholder value
  • Monitor tax-related issues and develop tax contingency plans
  • Advocate the company's position in tax examinations
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and obligations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, and maintain ongoing compliance with tax regulations and obligations
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters
Requirements:
