Job Title:

Job Summary:

This is a senior-level project management position focused on delivering complex residential and mixed-use property developments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of defined project objectives.
  2. Establish comprehensive project budgets, including consultancy fees, construction costs, and other related expenses.
  3. Produce regular reports on scope, budget, and timescale delivery against baseline targets.
  4. Sources additional project team members, such as designers, quantity surveyors, and real estate advisors, ensuring compliance with EU Public Procurement requirements.
  5. Oversee the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in construction or project management.
  • A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
  • Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
  • A current full Class B driver's license and access to own vehicle.

Additional Information:

This is a fixed-term contract for 3 years.
