Salesforce Business Solutions Analyst

Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to serve as an interface between business teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Maintain awareness of new product releases and upgrades to maximize benefits from the systems used.
- Configure and create new functions in Salesforce.com to meet new business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce.com with other applications.
- Facilitate discussions with user groups on how system solutions can help enable new business initiatives.
The successful candidate will be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions using Salesforce. They will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
