Job Title

As a highly skilled project lead, you will oversee the mechanical and electrical design teams on complex projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.

We are seeking a strong design engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or both, with experience leading design teams on major projects. You should be comfortable making informed decisions when necessary.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading design and engineering activity on major projects – power, cooling, telecoms, controls.
  • Managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Improving design processes and implementing best practices.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers to enhance their skills.

This is not a role focused on routine tasks, but rather leadership at project level, building high-performing teams, improving processes, identifying design gaps before they become costly issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.
