- Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the business.
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, treasury and balance sheet efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax and governance requirements.
We are seeking a qualified accountant with 8+ years post-qualification experience and a proven background as a Financial Controller in a commercial contracting environment. A strong leadership skillset and experience managing and developing teams is essential.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Experience with SAP (S4/Hana) desirable.
- Commercial contracting expertise.
- Engineering, Utilities or Construction industries experience.
