Job Description

This role is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cork or Dublin, where you will play a crucial part in the daily processing of life & pension new business & existing business with advisors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily processing of life & pension new business & existing business with advisors. This includes processing pension, investment & protection business submitted by advisors, such as submitting online, chasing pipeline, and issuing policy documents.

You will also be required to set up client/policy records on the client database, work with advisors to prepare and issue compliance documents to clients, ensure files are compliant in line with company processes and procedures, establish and maintain good relationships with clients, and process ad hoc requests from customers and manage daily post and client correspondence.
