Residential Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting independence and enabling them to achieve their goals.

• Contribute to the day-to-day running of the residential service, including maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant qualification.

• Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles.

• Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures.

• Full Clean Manual Driving License.
