Job Title: Risk Management and Outsourcing Lead
">Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management and Outsourcing Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe.
">Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance structures, mitigating risks, and optimising third-party relationships to drive operational efficiency and strategic value. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of our outsourcing and risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Develop and implement governance structures and risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks associated with third-party relationships.">
- Lead the development and maintenance of our outsourcing and risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.">
- Oversee the full lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements, including due diligence, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and contract termination processes.">
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers, driving commercial value through strategic negotiations and strong partnerships.">
- Manage the outsourcing register, and maintain a meticulous record of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements.">
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Group teams to establish and maintain robust controls and contractual protections.">
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have considerable experience in outsourcing, vendor management, risk management, or compliance, preferably within a regulated industry. You should possess strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations, third-party risk management frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
