Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description:The position of HVAC Technician involves the installation, service and maintenance of all refrigeration/Air conditioning systems. This includes but is not limited to Splits, VRF, Close control, Commercial and industrial chillers and DX applications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation, service and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Responsible for ensuring all installations are carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with industry regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on existing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess requirements and provide recommendations for new installations or upgrades.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC installation, service and maintenance.
- Valid trade certification (e.g. F-Gas Handling, Electrical Installation).
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, building services and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Hold a valid driving license.
