Lead Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, innovative, and forward-thinking individual to lead our risk management team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit risk governance and compliance.

About the Role:
  • Manage engagements to deepen relationships, reputation, and added value in approaches
  • Understand credit risk issues and challenges and propose solutions including approaches, structures, and planning with appropriate consideration of regulatory expectations
  • Peer comparisons risk, time, and costs
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience with 1+ years at Director level, or equivalent in credit risk management
  • A strong background in Retail and Corporate Credit Risk across asset classes and sectors
  • A recognised qualification in relation to Risk Management and deep experience of regulatory requirements for credit risk including Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and EBA Loan Origination and Monitoring Guidelines
