Senior Software Architect

In this role, you will lead the development of our Atlas Clusters Automation software.

  • You will oversee the design and architecture of the systems your team develops.
  • You will work with stakeholders to build our product roadmap and offerings.
  • You will collaborate with customers and support engineers to resolve issues.

This is a challenging position that requires at least 6 years of professional software development experience, including people management experience. You should be skilled at writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in compiled languages (e.g., Go, Java, C#) and have experience with at least one major cloud provider technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to solve complex problems, curious, collaborative, and results-driven. Success Measures include becoming familiar with the foundational parts of the system within one month, contributing to design and development within three months, and leading the team towards its goals within six months.
