Site Engineering Specialist

The role of a Site Engineering Specialist plays a pivotal part in the successful execution of large-scale construction projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced engineers to join a dynamic team and contribute towards delivering high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and education.

As a key member of the site management team, you will work closely with the Site Manager/PM to ensure seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating sub-contractors to guarantee efficient and effective project outcomes;
  • Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Conducting site inductions as required, promoting a culture of awareness and inclusivity among site personnel;
  • Liaising with the design team to address any construction-related queries or concerns;
  • Preparing and disseminating accurate requisitions for materials and equipment;
  • Managing quality control processes to uphold exceptional work standards;
  • Tracking and recording concrete quality metrics through slump tests and analysis;
  • Updating the site diary with daily log entries to facilitate informed decision-making;
