Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in South Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onsite induction, ensuring tailored plans are in place.

This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

The Human Resources Specialist will provide technical knowledge of employment legislation and maintain strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Liaising with department managers and managing labour planning and recruitment processes is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Administrator or similar role within hospitality sector preferred.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Office Suite and CRM's.
