About the Role

This Client Due Diligence & Investor Services Associate role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in joining an investment manager.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fund structures and investment strategies, as well as excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Prepare and manage Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and investor requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop a strong understanding of fund structures and investment strategies to support client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across finance, operations, and compliance to streamline reporting and investor communications.
  • Maintain and enhance client reporting workflows, ensuring consistency and quality across investor deliverables.
  • Oversee fund data sites and external databases, keeping materials updated and accessible for key stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, fund administration, transaction services, or capital markets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in alternative investments and financial markets.
