Job Description:

Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. They will be responsible for leading and managing a small but growing marketing team, developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy, and taking ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
  • Oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines.
  • Analyse campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels.
  • Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Commercially astute, with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
