Director of Global Marketing Strategy

As a key leader in global marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

This includes:

  • Developing and executing category strategies to maximize value for the business
  • Creating a vision for global marketing and sales procurement
  • Partnering with stakeholders globally to develop and execute procurement strategies
  • Leading agency pitches and evaluations, negotiating contract terms, and building strong agency relationships

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the marketing procurement function globally
  • Designing a marketing procurement vision aligned with the organization's growth mode
  • Implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years progressive procurement experience, with marketing and sales experience preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals
  • 4+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.
