We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our stores across the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, and ensuring that our products are available for customers at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to give great, natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers. You will also need to work hard for customers, your team and your department, prioritising tasks to ensure anything you do is right for our customers.

You must be able to follow instructions either verbally or in writing, and be reliable and a good timekeeper. A smart and tidy appearance is essential for this role, as you will be representing Tesco in front of our customers.
