Nurse Specialist in Workplace Health

Our company seeks a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to lead the development and delivery of occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage pre-employment medicals and screenings.
- Lead absence management and case management processes.
- Collaborate with the OH physician and team to develop and deliver OH services.
- Conduct ergonomic and other risk assessments as needed.
- Improve OH processes and services through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Qualified RGN registered with NMBI.
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health (preferred).
- Experience in spirometry, audiometry, VDU assessments, phlebotomy, and absence case management (preferred).
The successful applicant will play a key role in providing high-quality occupational health services to staff. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can contribute to the growth and success of our team by promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
