About the Role
This MES Analyst position will focus on developing and maintaining Manufacturing Execution System (MES) electronic batch records and logbook, associated tools, and system interfaces to fulfill business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing execution systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MES systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to users on new systems and/or changes.
- Coordinate changes and/or enhancements with vendors and/or Corporate or affiliate personnel for purchased, outsourced, and/or Corporate or affiliate supported (global) applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Manufacturing Execution System platform experience required.
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, cGMPs, and Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Project management and leadership skills.
