Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to manage all aspects of sourcing and materials planning for new product development and production of early stage medical devices.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Category Sourcing strategies, managing all aspects of materials for new product development projects, providing component timelines and material availability, facilitating integration of suppliers, developing cost models, ensuring parts availability, executing process transition from Development to Production, and continually improving Program Sourcing processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, have minimum 5 years of project/program management experience in a supply chain, product development, or manufacturing environment, and demonstrate strong analytical ability, communication skills, negotiation skills, organizational skills, and the ability to drive change.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical background, and understanding of manufacturing operations environment. Additionally, they will be able to lead, influence, and motivate team members, prioritize multiple duties, and execute change with flexibility.
