Senior Marketing & BD Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to take on a varied role, supporting senior stakeholders across the business.

This role will involve identifying marketing objectives, developing strategies to meet and exceed these goals, and managing marketing plans and budgets. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including online content creation and the design of marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, a degree or diploma in business/marketing, and advanced skills in MS Office. They will also be able to effectively engage with and influence senior individuals, meet deadlines, and handle a diverse workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage marketing plans and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including online content creation and marketing collateral design
  • Work closely with senior management across the business to drive marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless project management
  • Support the preparation of business development pitches and presentations
  • Contribute to internal business development meetings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environment
  • Degree or diploma in business/marketing
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Able to effectively engage with and influence senior individuals
  • Meet deadlines and handle a diverse workload
  • Experience with CRM systems
